Level 1: INNOVA Contract Installer (Install-Only Tier)

This is where every installer starts, and it's designed to be a low-barrier, high-clarity way to prove yourself and start earning immediately.

What this tier includes:

• We supply all materials — LED strip, controllers, power boxes, mounting hardware, everything needed on-site

• We book the jobs — you're never responsible for finding clients, quoting, or sales

• You install — that's the entire scope at this level: clean, code-conscious, INNOVA-standard installs on residential and light commercial exteriors

• Paid per job / per linear foot, with consistent booked work across the season

• One-time onboarding and training fee: $750 — this covers your certification training, INNOVA install standards, safety protocol, and tooling orientation.

  
  

Who we're looking for:

• Licensed electricians

• Gutter, eavestrough, and roofline trades

• Holiday and seasonal lighting installers looking for off-season or year-round work

• Landscape and hardscape contractors comfortable with exterior electrical work

• Any properly equipped, experienced tradesperson comfortable on extension ladders and working at height on residential rooflines

Coverage area: Edmonton and surrounding communities, with work extending as far as Leduc, Camrose, St. Albert, and Sherwood Park as our booked job volume grows.

The Path Beyond Level 1: Where This Can Go

The Contract Installer tier is the entry point — not the ceiling. Installers who consistently deliver INNOVA-standard quality have a clear, structured path to grow with the company:

Tier 2: Full-Time Installer

Once you've built a track record on the Contract Installer tier, full-time installers move into a dedicated, higher-volume role with INNOVA — more consistent booked work, priority job assignment, and deeper training on our expanding product line, including Cloud Controller configuration and diagnostics.

Tier 3: INNOVA Certified Dealer

Certified Dealers step beyond installation into running their own INNOVA territory — wholesale product access, your own client relationships, dealer-tier margins, and full training through INNOVA Certification. This is where installers become independent business owners inside the INNOVA Network, backed by our brand, marketing, and product platform.

Tier 4: Regional Partner

Our highest tier. Regional Partners operate at a territory level — managing multiple install crews, dealer relationships, and INNOVA's presence across an entire region. This tier is reserved for proven operators who've demonstrated leadership across the Dealer tier.
