INNOVA MEMBER LIFETIME HARDWARE WARRANTY POLICY

Effective Date: January 30, 2026

 

This Lifetime Hardware Warranty applies exclusively to approved INNOVA Members and Dealer Network Partners in good standing.

INNOVA LED CORP. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) stands behind the integrity of its Lighting Intelligence Platform. This warranty reflects our commitment to long-term system reliability, professional installation standards, and ecosystem protection.

1. Eligibility

Lifetime Warranty coverage applies only to:

• Active INNOVA Members / Dealer Partners

• Accounts in good financial standing

• Products purchased directly through official INNOVA channels

• Products installed according to official INNOVA wiring and system guidelines

Warranty coverage is void if membership status lapses or is terminated.

2. Lifetime Hardware Coverage

“Lifetime” refers to the reasonable service life of the product while installed in accordance with INNOVA specifications.

2.1 LED Controllers

Covered for lifetime replacement against manufacturing defects.

• Covers defects in materials and workmanship.

• Member must return defective controller for inspection.

• Replacement provided after approval.

• Shipping responsibility determined per member.

Warranty void if subjected to:

• Improper voltage input

• Boost wiring outside INNOVA specifications

• Unauthorized firmware modification

• Physical damage or tampering

2.2 Power Supplies

Covered for lifetime replacement against manufacturing defects.

• Member must return defective unit for inspection.

• Coverage applies only when properly sized and installed per INNOVA guidelines.

• Damage from overload, improper boosting, or water intrusion is excluded.

2.3 30mm LED Modules / Light Strings

Covered for lifetime replacement against manufacturing defects.

• Member must provide clear visual documentation (photo/video).

• INNOVA may request sample return for inspection.

• Replacement quantities are evaluated proportionally to confirmed defects.

Excludes:

• Improper installation

• Voltage misuse

• Environmental damage outside specifications

• Physical impact damage

3. What Lifetime Warranty Covers

• Replacement of defective components only.

• Technical evaluation and support.

• Ongoing system protection within the INNOVA ecosystem.

4. What Lifetime Warranty Does NOT Cover

INNOVA is not responsible for:

• Labor or installation costs

• Service calls

• Project delays

• Lost revenue

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Improper boosting practices

• Mixing solid and stranded wiring outside recommended connectors

• Installation outside official SOP guidelines

All installations must follow official INNOVA wiring standards.

5. Shipping Policy for Members

Shipping responsibilities may vary by membership tier:

• Standard Members: Pay shipping to return defective item.

• INNOVA Members: Replacement may be shipped prior to inspection at INNOVA discretion.

INNOVA reserves the right to require return of defective product before issuing replacement.

6. Warranty Claim Process

2. Provide proof of purchase and membership status

3. Submit photo/video documentation (if applicable)

4. Receive RMA approval if claim is validated

5. Ship product if requested

6. Replacement issued upon approval

7. Brand & Ecosystem Protection Clause

INNOVA LED CORP. reserves the right to deny any claim deemed:

• Fraudulent

• Abusive

• Outside installation specifications

• Harmful to ecosystem integrity

All warranty evaluations are conducted at the sole discretion of INNOVA LED CORP.

Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Member purchaser.
